Dr. Peter is the man. I went in for treatment on a front tooth, and the level of care, transparency, and attention to detail was unmatched. I felt like I had all my options laid out before me, and he even went so far as to explain how the process works behind the scenes, sharing the different options for lab processing, etc. I’ve been to dentists where treatment decisions were made for me, without being given much say as to the when/where/how. Not with Dr. Peter. If you are someone who likes to be “in the know,” then see Dr. Peter.

This practice is superlative, and the newest member, Dr. Peter, adds to its luster. He is attentive, careful and caring. He keeps you posted step-by-step, as does his assistant, Shy. I had a crown replaced and Dr. Peter called me the next morning to check on me. I’ve been a patient of this practice for many years and I can safely say that Dr. Johnson, the senior dentist, has made the right decision by adding Dr. Peter to the wonderful staff. Everybody deserves such exemplary care!

I had a really positive experience when I came in for emergency dental work—the dentist and clinical staff were great, and I felt well taken care of in a stressful situation. Because of that, I decided to move forward with transferring my records and becoming a regular patient. Unfortunately, the front office experience didn’t match the quality of care I received during my visit. I scheduled a new patient exam and cleaning through them, but on the day of my appointment, I called to confirm since I hadn’t received any follow-up communication. I was then told that I didn’t actually have an appointment scheduled. They mentioned they might be able to fit me in only if my records were sent over in time. This was really frustrating, especially since I’m now scrambling to get a cleaning scheduled before an extended trip. I expected a smoother process after my initial visit, so this was disappointing. Overall, great clinical care, but the administrative side could use some improvement.

Dr. Tran was very informative during my initial consultation concerning my dental affirmations and follow up needs. Her staff; receptionist, insurance coordinator, X-ray/computer entry technician, and dental hygienist were remarkably efficient. Everyone was so kind and considerate. I appreciated them.

I work in the medical building and needed urgent care. Immediately I was welcomed by Sharon, at the front desk. She showed great compassion and care. Dr. Peter, was so helpful with easing my anxiety and assuring me I be in good hands. Dr Tran was so angelic, calming and provider an excellent exam with a treatment plan that worked. Dr Johnson, the kindest dentist you will ever meet took over for a small procedure that brought me a lot of relief. This office is full of angels with great medical expertise. Thank you team!!!
